We are holding four CLE sessions over a period of four weeks for Virginia attorneys to assist you in learning more about disability rights law.
Session 1 (July 18, 2024): Ethical Implications of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Issues by Attorneys
Includes one hour of wellness credit and one hour of ethics credit.
Session 2 (July 25, 2024): Introduction to the Americans with Disabilities Act
Session 3 (August 1, 2024): Virginia’s Involuntary Commitment Process: Ethics
Includes one hour of ethics credit
Session 4 (August 8 2024): Disability Rights and the Supreme Court.
