dLCV has other ways to learn about social security disability benefits:

If you have basic social security questions about applying or appealing, what to expect with the process, maintaining healthcare while awaiting a decision, or keeping your benefit once approved, you can explore our Social Security Resource page.

If you have more specific social security questions, you can submit them online at dLCV’s Get Help or call us Monday, Wednesday, or Friday at 800-552-3962 or 804-225-2042. Either way, an Advocate with social security expertise will contact you within 3 business days.
